You can pay monthly! But just a heads up, it's usually more expensive per month than if you commit to a full year. They give you a pretty decent discount for annual billing.

Yep, monthly is an option. I did it once. Just be aware that if you're planning on using it for more than like, 3-4 months, the annual plan often works out cheaper overall.

Definitely better. Google Forms is super basic, good for quick stuff but SurveyMonkey has way more features like skip logic and better reporting. For customer feedback, you'll want those tools.

I've messed with it a bit. It's surprisingly good for getting a first draft, especially if you're stuck on how to phrase things or what questions to ask. Not perfect, but a solid starting point.

It's decent for basic stuff. Helps you kickstart the survey design, but you'll definitely want to go in and tweak it to make sure it fits exactly what you need. Don't expect it to build a perfect survey from scratch.

Promo codes are super rare, almost never see them. They mostly do discounts based on annual billing, non-profit status, or student stuff. Don't hold your breath for a random code.

I think I've only ever seen them from like, specific partner referrals or if you get an email directly from them. Your best bet for a discount is usually annual payment or if you qualify for an academic/non-profit rate.
